Cancellation Policy

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The Discovery call is free. • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No refunds will be issued. However, clients will receive a credit for future services in the event of a cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or no shows may be subject to a forfeited meeting and may not be eligible for a credit transfer. • Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual. • By booking a session, the client authorizes the coach to charge the provided payment method for all fees associated with scheduled services. • Client agrees to abide by the cancellation and refund policies outlined above and understands that missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in charges as specified. • Any disputes regarding charges must be addressed within 7 days of the transaction by contacting customer support at support@editamacey.com. • I have read the booking policy, and I agree with terms and conditions therein.
